Elaine

This is my friend Elaine (I call her Smick,) and this girl is on fire! Elaine and I go way back to the days of myself watching her in envy as she danced (and looked so good doing it) at BAMS (Bangor Area Middle School) cafeteria parties and now I watch her in envy look like perfection while she sprints up stairs and does flawless push-ups. It's unfortunate we couldn't find a bar high enough, because yes, this girl can do pull-ups too. As you can see, Elaine has a lot of discipline, motivation, abdominal muscles and strength, to list only a few. All of these qualities have brought Elaine to where she is today. If you need any advice or direction when it comes to health, fitness, diet, and style, look this girl up. She does it all and she kills it. KILLLLLS it. And I have a feeling this is just the beginning for her.
